I had purchased a study table from Flipkart on 26th July 2020 which was delivered on 4th Aug 2020. The installation was supposed to be completed by 5th Aug 2020. Their technician came on 4th Aug but refused to install the product as the product was in my hall while installation was supposed to be done in first floor study. I offered help which the technician refused. The technician also moved the product further in the hall. I have been calling Flipkart to complete the installation from 4th Aug 2020 onwards but of no help at all.
Now I am asking for cancellation but flipkart is not helping in that as well. My order no is OD219262953571249000. I am attaching the call recording with the executive who is accepting that issue with flipkart but not ready to help.
