Sir,
I reside in a 2bhk flat at Ahmedabad, and my usual bill comes in the tune of 4 to 5 thousand rupees only, recently ugvcl has imposed a bill of 61793.00 rs for the usage of two months which is impractical, the electricity meter is faulty and nobody is ready to listen to the plight.please help here as soon they will be asking for the payment leading to disconnection if not paid on time.
