Subject: Electrical Bill dated 12/03/2023 and subsequent telecom discussion with Mr Nitin Ujjainkar on 16/03/2023 in front of MSEB executive Mrs Dhawane
Respected Sir,
Exorbitant Bill of Rs 36270/- has been charged for the period 7th feb 23 to 9th March 2023. Total unit of Consumption is 180. When did enquire about this with Mr Nitin Ujjainkar, It has been found that they added sum of Rs 34,592 as other charges.
While talking to him, I came to notice that He has charged the Bill raised on 14/10/2023. The correspondence letter of explanation and complaints of the same has been submitted to you in written on 25/10/2022 and online complaint with Service Request No 0000026116836, which has been closed by you on 31/10/2022 about the same bill.
We had submitted the Application for New Electric Meter Connection with online application ID: 44268854 and letter to Assistant Engg dated 14/10/2022 for commencement of Hotel Project at our Premise in the month of November but which does not materialise. The licensee to whom we have given on Rent has been cancelled deal and Hotel project could not start. Subsequently the new meter application has been rejected from MSEB on 5/12/2022. My humble request to you , Kindly ask your executives for detailed survey which was never done by your executives (even for new connection it has not taken place) so they unaware the matter of this. You are requested to visit our premises for Checking actual facts. But as I am living in Nagpur, Please communicate to me on the same so that personally I could make myself available as there has been a lot confusion.
As per suggestion from your executive which is highly appreciated they recommended me to convert existing meter in commercial so that whatever our continuous development, periodically can be carried out .So I request you, kindly convert existing residential meter which was previously commercial meter converted to Residential meter without my cognisance. And whenever occupation of our Building is for any commercial use, we will apply for the additional new meter connection according to customer needs.
Requesting you to revise the bill dated 12/03/2023 as per usage .
It is injustice to provide such bills without inspection and understanding the uses.
