On 7th march 2020 at night my daily net pack got exhausted. After that at 12:00 am it got renewed. I was listening to music for 1 hour via spotify.
After an hour i recieve a notification that i have used up my 1.5 gb data, even though it was playing on data saver mode.
After that i recharged again via Paytm of ₹16 for one day A& i switched off my net but 10 mins i again receive a notification that all my net has been used up.
This kind of service is not acceptable from such a huge reputed company.
