My mobile number 8411028282 was ported to jio on dtd 23.06.2020. Recharged daily 3gb usage pack. On dtd 24.06.2020 on 7.00 am it shown the pack was exhausted. Even the mobile data was not open (active) till 7.00 am on that day. The same type of thing happened on dtd 09.07.2020. Till 9.00 am the data exhausted 90% of daily usage. called customer care. No proper response and issue not resolved.
