Dear Sir ,
This is Sam ferandes, Facility manager for Aroha CHS Ltd.,Borivli east
we are getting excess electricity bill even after zero usage .Ever since lockdown we have closed Health club and many other amenities at our society.We were told since their technician is not available for meter reading due to lockdown,they will consider previous meter reading average for billing and that the exact amount will be adjusted after resumption of actual meter reading.But still we find no difference in bill amount.
With Zero usage we have been levied Rs 72,050 for the June month,and like this we have 6 other meter whose readings and amounts are not justified.
