Text of Complaint by Navanithan:

Hello,

I have taken loan from upwards and due to financial crisis, I have not done the payment for the current month (Mar’23). One of the executive texted me in WhatsApp and asked me to pay the part payment (₹5545/-) and I have made the payment and agreed to make the remaining payment by end of Mar’23.
Suddenly on of the executive called “Kabir Singh”- 9310195545 – called me and asking me to pay the remaining payment immediately. I explained the situation and also explained to him about the conversation with the previous executive who agreed for part payment. Kabir – used the third language and called me “Beggar “ and called my references number and threaten them for the payment.
