Text of Complaint by Lalitha:

Hi

I am lalitha 7207066…. is my mobile number. On 5th July 2020 I have paid money for broadband connection. The executive his name is balakrishna was looking after that, he told that within 2days u will get broadband connection. But it went upto a week but v didn’t got the connection as it is an emergency as we all r working from home I took another broadband service.

He told on 1st day of payment that if we can’t provide connection within 2 days we will give ur money back immediately.

Today 22nd July till now I didn’t got my money back he till now didn’t called me about the money when I am calling him from different different numbers he use to tell that today vl give evening we will give I didnt got this month salary all stories he was telling.

Then I asked him to give his senior manager number so that I can communicate he said I will meet him now then I will call u in 10min all stories he was narrating. But till now I didn’t got any call r msg nothng from him. I want justice for my money
