I requested for an exchange of arrosted product from meesho app product purchased was clearly written it’s an assorted item so it will take display pic which the company uploaded,i was okay with any colour but my issue was only size exchange s to m,the courier man dint not understand assorted product details and cancelled exchange request pickup now this will take some more days to deliver the right size m which m not at satisfied with bcoz of the executive and courier man service had happened,we order online for our convenience.if the pickup was done today then i would have got the exchange asap,i spoke to the executive of meesho and cleared the case but he was rude and when asked his name he refused to say it and said he said his name when the call started and dint not tell name again,i spoke to another executive he also dint not connect the call to manager or senior on request.
