Text of Complaint by Shivam Singh:

I have disconnected my excitel internet on 28th September 22 and returned the router to them and as per policy I should have received the security deposit after 90 days. But, I have not received my security deposit refund yet and i have complained so many times but they say it will be done in few days. I need my refund from them.
