I’ve return the router after the termination of my connection and they asked me to wait for 90 days in order to get the refund. Its more than 90 days and i haven’t got the refund yet. I keep calling on their service customer number and they keep manipulating each time. Also when i ask them to transfer the call to their senior deptt. They keep the phone on hold for about 10-15 min and later they disconnect by their own
