I have booked Excitel 300Mbps 6months plan, but the speed is very slow and it is below 50 Mbps. I have raised ticket for the same with Excitel but no one visited and also local executives not picking the call. I want to cancel the connection and refund the amount also need compensation for the problem that I have faced.
