I have disconnected my excitel broadband connection on 19 Feb 2023, and it’s been more than 120 days I have not received my refund of security deposit which was promised to pay within 60 days of termination the connection.
I’ve raised multiple tickets since then but they closed the tickets on their own without any clarification. Pathetic service.
