Text of Complaint by Navas:

I had taken an excitel connection 1 year back. On May first week of 2023, i had asked them to terminate my connection as i was moving out. It’s been a month since then, nobody is even coming to collect the router. After many tickets, now they are saying that I have to go their office personally and submit the device. That means i have to take leave from my work go to their stupid office to drop the device then they would refund the security. This is a very big scam from their side.
