My bluetooth headphones boat atom 81 airdopes opal black colored were purchased on January.suddnedly right airdope had less sound than left one,so I tried to replace it under warranty on 6th may. They were gonna get me on 14 th may but I received the empty box.i openedit in front of delivery man and he also said that how could company can send the empty box.so I mailed the complaint on their official mail.they tried to dodge me by saying send good photos and send it again in pdf format.then they replied that we will take care of it within 10 to 15 days.so I waited,I didn’t get reply till today,so I called the customer care and tell them everything but they replied that your case is closed because you didn’t contacted us within 24 hours.which I tried,but they said that your case is closed and we can’t do anything.i request you yo please cheek on this problem.
