I submitted the ONU device and router back to excitel on 21 August 2022 and received confirmation over message that the refund will be initiated in 30 days. However, on completion of 30 days, they are now saying that the policies have been changed and I will get my refund in 90 days. Since I submitted my device before the change, why am I being included in this policy.
