Text of Complaint by Prakash Ruia:

My Excitel Connection No is 1100332393.

Due to pathetic and irregular service and poor customer response, I decided not to renew my excitel connection upon its expiry on 3rd June 2023 and informed the company accordingly.

A security deposit of Rs 2000 is refundable by Excitel.

For processing the refund, Excitel has to pick up is Router Device from my premises.

Excitel is repeatedly unilaterally closing the service ticket for pick up of the device on false and frivolous grounds (such as customer did not pick call when none from Excitel has called to pick up the device).

On my further raising service ticket that my premises are open 24×7 and no need to call me before coming to pick up the device, again the service ticket is wrongly closed by falsely recording that customer Sunday ko collect karne ke liye bol raha hai – again when none from Excitel has called me.

Ostensibly, Excitel does not want to refund Security Deposit and usurp the same.

Request appropriate action against the service provider .
