Text of Complaint by Shubham Singh:

I have terminated my excitel broadbrand connection and return the router to them on 4th may 2023. At the timing of booking they have taken 2000 rs as a security deposit which they say they will return in 60 days . Now they are not returning the money, it has been more than 6 months . When call they keep me on hold and not returning my 2000 rs back . TI live in ghaziabad.
