I am trying to terminate my excitel broadband internet to get refund of 2000rs back which was paid while taking the connection. have opened multiple tickets with customer care and they are closing it without reason. not proceeding further and saying the device is damaged physically , no refund will be provided. seems this is a big scam with Excitel as no other competitor is collecting deposit amount. please help here to get my refund from this scammers.
