Text of Complaint by Diksha Kumari:

  • I am facing multiple issues with my Excitel Broadband and every time I raise a ticket they say to wait for the ticket resolution time and they don’t solve the issue and close my ticket. My internet connection just disconnects automatically and does not work. Customer care executive just say sorry and we are highlighting this but no one is solving my issue and when I ask for refund they say its not their policy. They are nit providing good services at all and only fooling the customer and taking our money in name of services.
