Hi Team

I had taken excitel broadband plan on 3 jan 2023 from jan 3 to till now only I am getting 3 to 5 mbps speed out 300 mbps plan opted.
Even though area manager is not picking the call. And they are not proving the proper resolution for the same. I want at least 270 mbps speed should I get supposed I have opted 300 mbps plan. But it is coming speed of 3 to 5 mbps speed only. It’s totally frustrating and not proving the resolution for the same.
