There was exchange offer going on Motorola G 13 , I offered my existing phone MI note 5 pro phone for exchange . Flipkart reviewed the details and confirmed the exchange value as Rs.4450. and the phone was supposed to picked up by FLIPKART after 10 days of delivery. i accepted the offer and made 100% payment Rs.10028 for the Motorola G13 Phone. I got phone on 16May23. i kept my Exchange phone ready for returning to Flipkart but nobody came to collect the phone.
I registered the complaint around 9 times on Flipkart site and talked to Flipkart team several times but there is no resolution from Flipkart and all complaints are marked as resolved, I always kept it reopened it by contacting FLIPKART again and again. Now it has been 50 days but the exchange value of Rs.4450 is still not paid by FLIPKART and the exchange phone is also not picked up as committed . Order ID -OD428094099856467100.
Requesting to Put Penalty of Rs.5000 against the mental harassment and follow up time of 40 days.
