Hey I have ordered one phone and placed an exchange of phone during the order. The delivery guy exchanged the product and took extra money for damaging product and I asked him if I can pay online through genuine method to flipkart he insisted me to pay through cash and I paid him to his phonepe number and received my product. Now that night I got a notification from flipkart that my product exchange is cancelled. Now I am worried the delivery guy picked up my product but flipkart shows product pickup cancelled. Now I am worried my phone can be misused. I have raised this with flipkart but looks like they are highly incompetent to resolve this. They are just there to say sorry nothing else. Please help me with this. This is a mental trauma for me
