Hello,
This mail is regarding the order No:- OD428145391935216100 and OD428265705937402100. I have ordered a Mobile phone with exchange on 20th May 2023 which was delivered on 22nd May 2023 and the pickup for the exchange phone was scheduled on 2nd June 2023, at the time of pickup the delivery boy offered me Rs 3500/- instead of 4700/- which was shown at the time of exchange. He marked that I’m not providing box, charger etc but I was providing all those things, then he asked me to cancel the order if I’m not satisfied, So I cancelled it and contacted Flipkart CC. From there I have received an email on 3rd of June in which it was mentioned that I have to sell my old phone with Sell Back option with in 7 days of receiving the email, if the value will be less than the value offered at the time of purchase then I will get gift card of difference. I done the same and ordered on sell back option in which the pickup have to be done by 5th of June but no one came to pickup the phone so I tried to contact on the number provided on Flipkart orders the delivery boy picked up the phone but didn’t came to pickup the mobile. I have tried again and again with both Flipkart CC and delivery boy upto 8th of June but no one provided any resolution of my issue by which 5 days got wasted out of 7 days, on 8th of June my order automatically got cancelled by marking false claim that they have tried to contact me.
Now after all these issues who is responsible of all the inconvenience cost to me in 7-8 days? Is Flipkart strategy to do mentally harassment of it’s costumers?
