I have Taken a mobile with an exchange and after 3 days I have return my old phone, as described in the flipkart website. But i have not received the money back yet. I am raising the complaints every day but the ticekts are getting resolved without having any resolution. Amount is also not being credited. I have raised a lot of complaints.. but there is no help.
The issue is related to my order in flipkart :
