Dear Sir,

On 8th August I was tried to purchase a Redmi note 8 pro (tried both 6gb and 8gb variant) with exchange my Oppo A71 (2018) model. but when I tried to put I IMEI no it shows

Entered IMEI does not belong to selected brand & model.

I tried both of the IMEI No but the result was same, when I contact Customer service, the guy(Ashish) asked me to confirm the IMEI No with OPPO and I did so. Oppo confirmed me that my phone is perfect and the IMEI No had no issue. The same I was confirmed to Ashish. Also the ongoing SBI Card 10% offer which I want to avail but I can’t. Ashish assured me the exchange along with SBI Card offer I will get only after a ticket raised at the amazon’s internal checking purpose, that would likely to be resolved within 7 days.

Today 19 Aug 2020 I was just asking for the ticket to another guy NITISH. He told me the ticket that I am asking is “disposed “. Also he said me the phone I need to buy from Amazon only then he could help me.

As a Customer I am very hurt and disappointed as well.
The 1 week you guys did nothing but make fun of me.

Some attachment I am sharing but I know all my hope will go in vain. And you guys will do nothing of my mail.
