I purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart on a Exchange policy where they agreed to pick my phone after 3 days from the delivery. I did not get any call and the pick up date for my exchange phone was mentioned 24th July. On 22nd July i received a text stating they have cancelled the exchange with no proper reason. I have called up the customer executive and raised with the backend team.
Today 24th July they again resolved my concern stating they cannot do the exchange. i have been cheated by Flipkart.
