I ordered a Bata slipper on 2 February 2023 but due to size issue I had to exchange it.Exchanged slipper was picked up on 7 th Feb but I Didn’t get the item what I exchanged for.. So I cancelled the order but there was not any refund policy or no further information about my exchanged order.
