Ordered an Asus laptop with exchange option on Flipkart. The courier person Ajit Kumar took the details of the old laptop but did not handover the new purchased one stating that he doesn’t know the exchange process. And that he will learn it first. Complain raised with flipkart but they give robotic reply of ” Please Wait “
