Dear Sir,
I have a vodafone postpaid connection. The bills that are made towards my number 9572392205 are excessive. I have complained several times however to no avail. This is not the first time this has happened. I am being charged 1200 rs for SMS services for 5th of December 2018 for 200 approx SMS which I didn’t do. On complaint, I have been informed that my postpaid pack free 100 SMS did not cover them and that since I had an IPhone, there was some technical issue, and now I have to pay these undue charges. I have not sent a single sms on my own accord. Why am I being unnecessarily charged for the same. The amount of bill charged for the month of December is 1798 Rs which is excessive in every sense and for services I did not entail. This is utter harassment of the consumer and billing in an arbitrary manner. An average consumer cannot be expected to pay such hefty sums for nothing. I feel I am being forced to pay them but because I want to keep my number and that they are on a higher footing here.
It is, therefore, my humble request that the matter be looked into and appropriate action/ remedial measures be taken.
