Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I am the vodafone customer from last 15 years, ans family members are also using vodafone.
But from last 3-4 months, i am facing too much of network problems.I have apple 6S, but 4 G do not work on same as it should work on apple phones. Suddenly network drop is found many times in a day. From yesterday i am trying to pay vodafone bill online, but due to network problem and speed the bill is not being process to pay.
The vodafone app also dont work properly.
Request you to please improve the network speed.
