Respected Sir / Madam,
Sub : Excessive/Irregular Postpaid bill of 9804365300 used by a Senior Citizen
This is to bring to your notice that how Vodafone is traumatizing my senior citizen mother.
My Mother is using a Postpaid Connection (Number : 9804365300) which is taken against my ID. They are offering a scheme of 199 per month and giving 900 minutes free call. Suddenly they offered free internet and without proper intimation they charged a huge amount for internet. Being a senior citizen my mother has no proper knowledge about the free and chargeable amount.
Form last few days I am getting some threatening calls from this (9836514796) number. They are claiming that the outstanding bill is about 1499. I requested them to send me proper bill of that amount but they are also refusing to show/send me the bill. I have received the call from another number 9836524810
We refuse to pay the bill till we receive a proper explanation of the mismatch in amount. Also we want Vodafone to apologies to my mother for causing her this mental trauma.
I also received a call from legal section of Vodafone on 4th December, 2018. I also requested Mr Sudip, member of legal cell of Vodafone, (8017522424) to send me the bill. I also assured Mr Sudip that I am ready to pay the proper outstanding amount, but after 24 hours he did not send me the bill.
Kindly let us know what shall we do in this regard.
