I have ordered 2 separate orders. the 1st is 527332, which is an MGS product shipped directly from Korea and need to go under custom clearance. it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd July but till now it’s still undergoing “custom clearance” it seems. how long will this take? it’s not only me but other users are facing the same problems as well. my other order 576128 is non-MGS and it is a normal order so they should’ve dispatched it by now but it’s still under “process” as well. I’ve already paid for both and it’s worth almost 5k. I’m really frustrated at this point and I don’t even know if I’ll receive my order. please help me🥺🙏
