i have been charged for 68 international sms ( Rs. 5 per sms ) from 9 Feb 2020 to 16 Feb 2020. I have not sent these international sms but still i had to pay the excess bill. I have repeatedly complained since 18 February 2020 to Vodafone did not help as they are not willing to solve this issue.
