Although I had a contract limiting charges to £12.02/mo, I was regularly charged in excess of £35/mo. Furthermore I cancelled my contract, on 5th May 2022 which I was free to do, and I was charged an Early Termination Fee of £206.27. I NEVER AGREED TO ANY CONTRACT OVER A YEAR. I was never sent any contract to sign. Vodafone says that I agree to a contract to 10 Oct 2023. This is completely false. It is FRAUD. I was in Italy on 10-Oct-2021 and had no way to agree to a 2 year contract. Again this is a fraudulent charge. Vodafone MUST prove that I signed a 2 year contract. I categorically assert that I did not.
