Text of Complaint by Chandan Singha:

CESC doing conspiracy against good paying customer by manipulating units charges in one month low and then next month excessive high so that they can take high amount of high rate slab charges. When they do such things they will not send sms of meter reading like this and I also did not get. When I phoned them they said it was mistake by person who took meter reading, they admitted, then I said to them then why should I pay high slab rate, this is your fault,take units charges in low rate (by multiply), and bill amount will become low. They replied , company has got their own process, it will be calculated in high slab rate. By this way CESC is looting good paying customer so that they become bad payer.

As we don’t have any alternatives which CESC knows better, they are doing cheating to the people of the city.

I urge to the people of Kolkata that they should aware all citizens of this city and give protest against this malpractice to generate high amount of bill, looting people in this pandemic situation, where citizens of kolkata suffering very bad economical phases.
