I took international roaming package in Aug 20th and paid two times monthly postpaid bills. even in second bill i was charged double amount and later with discussion with them they corrected the bill and i paid it actual amount. but this time for october month bill once again they did the same thing and charged me double Rs. 13500. when iam checking with vodafone customer care nobody is taking responsibility to resolve the problem. They say the international roaming package is not applicable when iam in India. where they have mentioned like that? and why they have not informed me immediately when iam back to india. As a reputed Service provider they should have developed proper program to support us when such unknown expenses will about to incur. A Person who is basically from india and when he is back to india for small time he should charged normal as that is his base package, why he is charged double? It is just humiliation and this is just cheating, they know that we cannot do anything without paying their whatever charged amount. Because we are depending on the respective phone number and they can easily play with us. Now the situation is so happened that now i cannot use that number otherwise daily they will charge huge amount since my international roaming is inactive (done by Vodafone). why i should pay such huge amount for which iam not responsible. They are just blackmailing us, this is not only happening to me aloan, you will find many such complaints against Vodafone service. please take action and streamline the system. also resolve my problem.
