I have migrate my postpaid to prepaid in vodafone store where an executive ask me to deposit a certain value as the billing cycle was to be in next some days. Mr. Gaurav of that store told me that the excess amount will be credit to your prepaid balance within 15days. But till date the amount is not credit to me.
