Dear sir
I have got bill till 2 july from march..12930 after deducting approx.4000 rs which i had paid as avg bill. It amounts to 17000 for four months and 4300 rs per month. I can understand use of AC etc may be more but customer with similar load got only 3000 bill. Now after all this when consumption is very low as no ac is used in july deliberately and other usage was low .. I got bill 2870..and 309 units are used which is impossible simply. The people taking bill are not calling us while taking reading neither they are informing. Meter also looks giving higly uneven readings. Same consumption in some month gave about 150 units. another month 300 if my consuption graph is observed.. it is very strange. I dont under stand reasons for the number of units changing per month like that. Also calculation looks to be manipulated to increase bill. Meter should be checked without charges. 17000 bill for month followed by 2870 for July.. without AC .. only 3 persons.. Looks very high. Now that I paid approx. 17000 for four months .. I was expecting relief. . I have attached the bill here. . I have paid the 12930 rs bill already .. but msedcl continue to give inflated bills without photos of reading..I Highly unethical practice ..
