Text of Complaint by Praveen:

Ref:  Consumer Account No: 152651895.
This is with reference to the execs  Bill no. 101772823484 dated November 16, 2018 for Rs. 2,150/- (for consumption units 262) received from Adani Power  Limited,
As aggrieved by said bill, i have made complaint via email to Customer Care and billsupport.amel@adani.com, from December 03, 2018 till date, to resolve the following issues:
a. my flat was closed from October 01 to October 30, 2018,  why this consumption showing 262 units.
b. I am  receiving the bill for the excess amount since last few months. what the reason ?
c. August/October month bill amount received  for  Rs, 6,121/- and Rs. 4,124 /- respectively which was was paid by me. kindly adjust the bill amount
d. to depute Adani technician to verify the meter and other connection in my flat,
After so many reminders, the technician from Adani has visited my flat on December 12,2 018, to verify the meter/flat and he confirmed that my flat was closed during the last month. He further informed that he will  submit his report to Adani directly.
Thereafter,  Adani has sent formal reply that as per investigation the meter is in order.  In reply to Adnai email, I requested  Adani to provide said investigation report, But, they failed to provide the same in spite of my repeated reminders.  I am mentally disturbed by the attitude of  Adani Power to redress the consumer complaint..
I an reproducing the electricity bill received from other electrical supplier in adjacent building of my flat .
SMS from TATA Power
:
Dt 14/12/2018 “Meter reading for Cons. No. 900000681951 was taken on 13 Dec 2018 at 10:57 Hrs. Your bill for 355 units will be generated in 2 working days-TATA POWER

Dt 20/12/2018″ Your DEC-2018 bill for Cons No.900000681951 is Rs.974.00 due by 07/01/2019. to pay instantly. In case of non-receipt of this bill, pls SMS BNR 900000681951 to 9223170707″

The above message from TATA Power for payment of electrical bill of Rs 974/- for the units 355 of 2BHK flat , however,Adani sent a bill for  Rs 2,150/- for 262 Units for my 1BHK flat, though the said flat was closed for entire months. why there is so much difference in billing of two electrical suppler
In view of the above, i request you to kindly intervene and to rectify my bill/meter and send me the amended bill for payment , also  ensure  that the middle class family should not suffer from the approach  of Power Supplier like Adani.
Your early action in this regard is highly appreciated.
