I have received excessive bill for the month of june as my total power consumption for the month was less than 300 unit but the bill that I have received is for 499 units and the bses department is stating that it is based on last year power consumption because there server was down for 1 month but this is not our fault if there server was not good then they could have taken the reading after their server was fixed that would have at most costed me 50 units above my total consumption but they have doubled it and we are liable to pay for the excess because there was an issue on their end but this is not acceptable at all why is the general public being charged excess for the issue on the end of bses and they are not taking any action to resolve this issue which is completely unfair for the consumers and should be taken into consideration by the court as they are charging false amount from the public and this is a violation of our rights
