I purchased a fastag from paytm in march’21 for commercial vehicle with number HR39 E 2738 for which their authorised person came and issued me after checking all the details and taking RC copy with him.it was linked with my paytm wallet on my number.due to farmer protest in haryana,it was not that much in use for some initial 6-7 months but now in april’22 i somehow realised that paytm has been deducting heavily excess amount for the whole last year for the toll charges.when i complained to the paytm,they told me it was a mistake from our side due to putting the vehicle in a higher class and now they will correct it.it was corrected some days ago on around 20/4/22 but they are not ready to refund me the excess amount of 50000-60000 which has been paid by me for the said period.it is their duty to issue for the right class of the vehicle.
Why should a customer suffer because of that?
Plz make them refund all my excess amount charged with interest.
I am attaching the paytm fastag barcode number and the screenshot of the first toll transaction for that vehicle.
If our hard earned money of a consumer will be looted by big companies like this,where will a consumer go?
