Text of Complaint by Alka Gupta:

Sir,

In the month of Dec 18 i have charged my tata sky pack for a period of 2 years. It was an offer.

However since 16th OCt 19 my connecion is deactivated, when i take up the matter with customer care they told me that after some changes/ regulation  of TRAI they withdraw the offer, but the same was not informed to me.

One more thing that i came to know during discussion with tata sky executives, that they are deducting charges for two TV, but i am surprise my another box is deactivated since last more than 2 years. Even at the time of previous charge, i have specially denied to activate that box, since i am using only one. Then how they are deducting monthly tariff for that box also without my permission. Because try didn’t say this that all deactivated system also they can activate and the balance of customer can use without his permission.

Being a professional i am not objecting for one box because this is the rules which TRAI has changed, but i am not supposed be burdened for another box, which was deactivated since long.

  1. Hi, these changes are being made in order to comply with the “Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) services. The said order is applicable to all broadcasters (such as Star, Sony, Zee, etc) and distributors of content such as DTH operators, Cable operators and Internet Protocol TV (IPTV).
