Text of Complaint by Sumeet Mehta:

I subscribed for JIO fiber connection on 9th Nov 21 by paying 2475/- as advance rental towards 3 months of unlimited service. Jio has a billing cycle on 11th of every month. So they raised a bill on 10th Nov 21 ( ie. for 2 days ) and charged me rent of 824/- which is for entire month. Again they billed me on 11 nov 21 for 824/- as advance against upcoming month. This way they looted 2 month rent from me by providing service for just 1 month and 2 days. Eventually bcoz of this my 3 months subscription ended 1 month earlier. Now JIo wants me to pay rent of same month which has been already paid in advance to them and due to non payment of such false bill they suspended my services.
