Dear Sir/Madam,
The Autopack iRoam plan Rs.500 got upgraded to Rs.599 on April 2019 onwards but received message on 01st August 2019.
Our boss ( Name : Cyrus M Bahadurji  Mobile Number : 9820036618   ) visited UAE & US on Sep/Oct/Nov/Dec-2019 and from their he had dialed to other countries.
However rate charged for Sep/Oct/Nov is Re.1 per min, but on December-2019 the rates are charged on the basis of Rs.35 per min,
hence please explain and eventually I request to reverse the excess charges levied on the bill.

fyi.. dropped mail to our relationship manager but not received a satisfactory reply and have not responded to the point..
