- Dear sir, I am using 9999019048 last 10 years and in 10 years I have paid amount on timely . From last 3 billing I am getting problem relevant to data uses as I have not using WhatsApp and mail through this number. I mailed to customer care on Feb and April and speak with customer care also but not getting any response regarding my excess billing I want to settle my bill asap after genuine amount . So I request to you please give me final amount so that I can settle the dues. With regards balram jha
