Text of Complaint by Srinivas Adapa:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been stopped using the service since November from Airtel Broadband as i didn’t pay the bill (rs.944/-) for the phone number 0891-4802564 (account no- 7038268456) , i am supposed to pay only Rs.944/- but recently it is showing the bill Rs.2700+.
When the customer care called me i told them to disconnect the service as i am outstation for which they didn’t and they keep on generating the bill for the disconnected/barred services.
When i came back to home during the pongal again they all calling me to pay the amount 2700/- and if i am willing to pay this month they will waive me off 500/- which i am not at all convinced , if they provided me service then i am willing to pay. I didn’t get the service from December 2019 and this month Jan 2020 and they are generating the billing month after month asking to pay the customer.
I am willing to pay for what i used the services not for the barred/disconnected services.
Kindly disconnect the service as i don’t want to go with FRAUD services – putting/sending the bills without giving the services to customer.
Until unless this issue resolved i am not going to continue with this service.
