The bill inside is 4090 and used units is 850. But in the payment page – Its 7758 and later 7916 with penalty. The EB officer – AE of our area (Siruvattur Village – Kallakurichi District) told us to pay nearly 8000 and he is telling that for all its – Double charges. Why we have to pay DOUBLE???
