Text of Complaint by Srinivasarao Kolagani:

When i tried to use vodafone data , they sent some text messages which i tried to close but which had selected automatically and activated some services in which i had no intention to activate, and it seems that this is a kind of practice this vodafone has started and cheating the customers/consumers in which no customer is interested to activate those kind of services. I was shocked after seeing the bill, in which they have charged Rs. 200 extra for the above unwanted services and immediately i called the vodafone customer and he was telling me, that i have activated the said services for which i have no pop-up blocker.

Presently i have been using another post paid services from JIO, and in which i never got such type of messages, now i complain that how could i get such messages from the vodafone services and not from other service provider.

So, this is their intentional mal practice of activating these kind of services and cheating the customers in this way by charging extra.

So, I request you to take some action against them and provide me some remedy for the above and which shall be in such a way that they should not do such malpractices to other customers.
