I WAS USING TWO SIMS OF VODAFONE UNDER POST PAID PLAN. IN JUNE USAGES CHARGES WAS RS 885.50 AND ALL OF A SUDDEN TOTAL BILL WENT AROUND RS 1957/-WHICH I PAID. THEN NEXT MONTH IN JULY USAGES CHARGE WENT UPTO RS.1586/- AND BILL SORED UPTO RS.3746.74/-.I STOPPED PAYING AND COMPLAINED TO VODAFONE BUT INSTEAD UP CORRECTION THEY SENT ME AUGUST BILL TOTALLING RS.6853.70/- WHERE USAGE CHARGES WAS RS.2457/-.ALSO, THEY BLOCKED MY BOTH MOBILE NOS. SINCE 29TH AUGUST 2019.USAGES CHARGES SHOWEN IN THE BILL WAS COMPLETLY BOGUS.I NEVER DID SMS ON THOSE MOBILE NOS SHOWN IN THE BILL I MAILED AND COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE,WENT TO VODAFONE GALLARY BUT IN VAIN. INSTEAD OF PROVIDING SOLUTION THEY ARE ADDING EVERY MONTH CHARGES ON THE BILL & NOW BILL SHOWING RS 7017/-.THEY ARE CALLING AGAIN & AGAIN FOR OVERDUE BILL TO BE PAID.SUCH A HARASHMENT HANDING OVER TO US BY VODAFONE COMPANY.HOW CAN THEY ADD CHARGES ON BILL EVERY MONTH WHEN THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY BOTH MOBILE NUMBERS?
